Healthy Luxe Hens founders Jacqui and Zoe have a personal passion and background in the health and wellness industry, Zoe as a qualified nutritionist and Jacqui holding a Bachelor in Health Science. So as the saying goes 'two heads are better than one' so with that in mind they combined their knowledge in both the health and bridal industry and set out to design an experience that embraced all their values and loves. The result, a hens' event that is foremost fun whilst creating special memories to be cherished by close friends and family.
Healthy Luxe Hens offers a variety of boutique, deluxe experiences, and works with industry specialists in health, wellness and lifestyle for workshops that include Floral Wreath Making, Acroyoga, Find Your Glow, Tantric Goddess, Create Your Own Fragrance and Get BUF.
In addition why not Wedding Day Yoga? Come wedding day the bride-to-be, together with friends and family start their day feeling invigorated, inspired and sublimely grounded - the perfect start to what is destined to be one of the most important and treasured days!
You will find their stunning flagship studio on Sydney’s northern beaches, nestled amongst the tranquil surroundings of Whale Beach. The indoor and outdoor spaces make it an altogether enchanting! Alternatively a day in the city may be the choice and they offer activities at their serene gallery space Muse Clinic, hidden in the backstreets of Darlinghurst.
Offering quite a unique and memorable experience, their packages even include a photographer to document the day, and capture the memories for the bride to be and her guests.

Adapted for all ages and abilities, this incredibly fun experience, led by yogini Angela Mitchell, is the perfect way to foster trust with a partner, develop confidence to step outside and box and encourage a sense of tribe and celebration.
Get Your Glow Workshop
In this fun and interactive workshop, qualified nutritionist Zoe Dent offers tips and tricks of how to nourish the body, balance hormones and get glowing skin from the inside out, whilst the group makes their personalised granola mixes and bespoke skin scrubs.
