Kieran proposed to Natalie during their holiday in Hawaii. “We were overseas to celebrate my birthday. Little did I know Kieran was going to propose! We had hiked to the summit of Diamond Head on the Hawaiian island of O’ahu. Kieran popped the question and it’s definitely a moment I’ll never forget!”

WEDDINGWONDERMENT | Natalie and Kieran loved planning their wedding. “It was so much fun. Perhaps a little stressful at times but mostly fun!” The couple chose Jaspers Berry in New South Wales as their reception venue. “Jaspers Berry was a venue unlike anything we had seen before. Surrounding the main function area The Orangery, are the most beautiful gardens and that’s what really stood out for us. Our guests would be able to wander around the gardens and enjoy the whole property for what it is, a magical place.”

MON AMOUR | The highlight of the wedding for Natalie was walking down the aisle. “I was quite nervous in the wedding car on the way to the ceremony however as soon as I saw my husband-to-be I completely relaxed. When I reached Kieran’s side I felt so content.”

BLOOMING BEAUTY | Natalie held a wedding bouquet of David Austin roses. Her 2 bridesmaids, both Natalie’s sisters, also carried posies of David Austin roses with the addition of silver foliage. “The hint of silver foliage contrasted nicely with the girls’ dark coloured gowns.”

BERTA BRIDAL | Natalie had her heart set on a Berta Bridal wedding gown even before she was engaged! “I would trawl through their Instagram page dazzled by the avant-garde designs.” As an Israeli designer there are only 2 stockists of the brand in Australia. “I was so lucky. My gown was made in Israel and sent to New South Wales. The process took 8 months.” It was well worth the wait. Natalie looked radiant in her sparkling full-skirted gown with low V neckline.

Kieran wore a black, fitted MJ Bale tuxedo. “He had a black bow tie, black patent shoes and black watch.”

CLASSIC ELEGANCE | Romance was tucked into every detail of Natalie and Kieran’s wedding styling. “I wanted to celebrate our wedding in a space that felt romantic and intimate.” The team at Jaspers helped create this atmosphere with glorious light pink and cream coloured floral arrangements and an abundance of candles. Green foliage was added to The Orangery’s lanterns which gave the room the feeling of being inside a magic garden. Pillar candles of varying heights were used to decorate the bridal table and the aisle at Natalie and Kieran’s church ceremony.

SIMPLY DELICIOUS | “We wanted our wedding cake to be simple and elegant. We had a 2-tier chocolate mud cake.” It was decorated with white icing and David Austin roses.

DANCE WITH ME | Natalie and Kieran had their first dance to Ed Sheeran’s Perfect. “We had originally chosen another song but when Kieran and I heard it on the radio for the first time, we knew we had to have it at our wedding.” Natalie loved dancing alongside family and friends all evening. “It made for so many funny memories. Everyone was having such a great time and we were all deliriously happy!”
