Feel like a child again climbing trees. Six, stylish branch-hung dens at Sweden’s Treehotel, find you scrambling up ladders and floating over walkways. The rooms are mirror-cube and bird’s nest designed, and finished with Scandinavian-chic interiors. So there is no roughing it here. There’s much to love: treks through the lush forest, husky-drawn sled rides, rustic Nordic cuisine, and a possible peek at the Northern Lights; but really, what more could you want when you’re staying in the world’s coolest treetop dens?
Upon checking in at The Guesthouse, it’s a five-minute walk to Treehotel. Treehotel is located in the tall pine forest with spectacular views of the Lule River. The tree rooms are suspended 4-6 metres above the ground and are accessible by ramp, bridge, or electric stairs.
