everAFTER & Park Hyatt Sydney Love Journey Luncheon
In conjunction with co-hosts Park Hyatt Sydney, everAFTER celebrated the spring/summer issue with an indulgent 3 course lunch in Park Hyatt Sydney's private dining space overlooking Sydney Harbour. Some of Australia's top creatives and influencers were brought together for an intimate lunch to discuss all things weddings and love.
The event was styled by Philip Carr and his team with Mediterranean flair. A luxurious range of tropical flowers and bright blooms from oncidium orchids to sunflowers and tulips set the scene as did the bold table linen and blue and white porcelain vases.
everAFTER were lucky enough to sit down with each of the guests for a tête-à-tête and are thrilled to be releasing a little about the guests' love journeys, creative inspiration and upcoming projects in coming weeks.
The day was all the more 'sparkly' as guests were invited to try on jewels supplied by Musson Jewellery whilst enjoying the delights of the menu created by Park Hyatt Sydney's Executive Chef Etienne Karner. For entrée a vegetable garden salad was served on truffle soil, followed by a duo of roasted john dory and baby scallop for the main course. One of the highlights of the afternoon was the dessert, a Manjari chocolate sphere that theatrically opened to reveal white opaline mousse in its centre.
A big thankyou to Soda Films and Blumenthal Photography who captured the event.
