Sultry vibes of 30's jazz; Justin Alexander new collection
Designers across the globe are facing extreme challenges in launching new collections with the current pandemic climate. But creativity won the day for New York designer Justin Alexander who launched his Signature Spring/Summer 2021 collection.
The collection was a journey into celebrating the elegance of the past and was inspired by the sleek and sultry vibe of 1930's jazz. Similar to the sounds of that era, the collection of styles are full of depth and range- featuring mixed textures, unique and ornate beading, and soft colours.
The silhouettes are dramatic - showcasing sparkle details, large bows, plunging necklines, and low backs. Clean gowns and pantsuits rise up to another level with modern accessories, detachable elements, and floral details. This collection is a medley of elevated, edgy, chic, and fashion-forward designs.
